I'm looking for a fanfic of when Bilbo dyes Thranduil's hair purple/plum before breaking the dwarves out. Thranduil then demands Bilbo change it back and the sight of the dyed hair breaks Thorin from his gold-madness. I want to say it was a Bilbo/Thorin fic but I'm also not 100% sure of that. Im pretty sure it was on Ao3 but it was so long ago I cant remember hardly anything about it except that a female OC (who was a soldier/police maybe?) from our world ended up transported to middle earth and went on the quest with everyone.
